Well the Spring Season flew by like a pitcher's fastball!  The boys baseball teams and the girls softball teams played their hearts out while frequently braving some testy weather conditions.  Thanks to all the players, coaches, and families for another great season!

The track team ran with the Raiders and helped garner the top honors at the CYO Championships!  What a great achievement!  Congratulations to head coaches Deanna & Tab Wile and all the coaches and players on a spectacular job!

The Spring Season 8th Grade CYO Scholar-Athlete Awards were presented to Morgan Kavanaugh and Zach Weissenborn.  Both students excelled in the classroom and on the field.  They helped encourage their teammates and led by example.  Congratulations!

Thanks to Spring AD Tony Benedetto for another job well done!  Tony works tirelessly to help the kids have a great time.  Please give him your best.

With my daughter graduating this year, I am saying goodbye to the Hurricanes.  It has been a pleasure and an honor to help support our organization and community over the years.  I will miss all its joys.  Thanks so much to my fellow board members as well as our pastor Monsignor Zenz, our principal Mrs. Grady, as well as all the parish and school staffs and the many volunteers that helped make the Hurricanes such a great organization.

I'd like to also share a special thanks to my fellow board members who are moving on this year as well.  Cathy Weissenborn and Jim Lovat have devoted countless hours over the years to help our kids have a great time.  I appreciate all your help and dedication.

Enjoy the summer everyone and look forward as the Hurricanes begin another fantastic year!
